We made our final visit of 2021 to Victoria Road on Saturday, 18 December 2021 to photograph the action from the JD Cymru South match between Port Talbot Town and Llantwit Major.
Despite being bottom of the JD Cymru South table, Port Talbot Town pushed high flying Llantwit Major all the way before eventually losing 3 nil at their Victoria Road home.
Ben Cripps opened the scoring for the visitors on 15 minutes, scoring directly from a corner, before a bizarre own goal from Port Talbot’s Sam O’Sullivan after 75 minutes made the game safe for the visitors. Josh Jones then scored in injury time to wrap up the 3 points and move Llantwit Major up to 2nd place in the table.
