With the weather perfect for cricket, we ventured to the Recreation Ground in Pontardawe on Saturday, 19 June 2021, to photograph the South Wales Cricket Association Division 6 game between Llandarcy 2nds v Ynystawe 3rds.
After winning the toss, Llandarcy chose to bat first on a warm afternoon and scored 198 runs for the loss of 9 wickets, with Jon Pryce the top scored with 31 for the home side.
As the clouds started to thicken, Ynystawe reached their target with 6 overs to spare, reaching 202 for 3, with Jake Russell the top scorer with 73 runs.
