We visited the USW Sport Park in Pontypridd on Sunday, 9 November 2025, to photograph the FA Women’s National League Plate Second Round fixture between Gwalia United and London Bees-.

Gwalia United booked their place in the FA Women’s National League Plate quarter-finals with a hard-fought 3–2 win over London Bees on a dark and wet afternoon in south Wales.
The hosts made a flying start, racing into a two-goal lead inside seven minutes thanks to strikes from Tia Asker and Cori Williams-Mills. The Bees hit back soon after through Betty Larkin, setting up a tight contest as the rain poured down.
Gwalia lifted their intensity after the break, and substitute Keira O’Keefe restored the two-goal cushion just after the hour mark. Although Larkin grabbed her second in stoppage time, it wasn’t enough to deny Gwalia a deserved victory and a spot in the last eight.
