We made our first ever visit to Home Park in Plymouth on Sunday, 23 November 2025, to photograph the Adobe Women’s FA Cup Second Round game between Plymouth Argyle and Gwalia United.

Plymouth Argyle Women booked their place in the third round of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup with a 2-0 win over Gwalia United.
Phoebie Poole scored both goals for the Pilgrims in the first half – a header from a corner and a composed penalty – before later being sent off alongside Gwalia’s Bonnie Gready after a late altercation between several players from both sides.
Argyle controlled possession throughout, but Gwalia made it a much more difficult afternoon for the home side than they did in the FA Women’s National League Southern Premier fixture between the two sides at the same ground a few weeks earlier.
