We made our first visit of the 2024-2025 season to Old Road in Briton Ferry on Tuesday, 23 July, to photograph the pre-season friendly fixture between Briton Ferry Llansawel and Swansea City Under 18s.
A young Swansea City Under 18 side cruised to a comfortable win over their Briton Ferry Llansawel Academy counterparts in a lively encounter at Old Road.
Goals from Josh Pescatore (2), Ramon Rees-Siso (2) and Billy Wright gave the Swans a 5-0 half-time lead.
Jarred Harvey, Head Coach of Swansea City Under 18s, then gave several Under 16 Academy players an opportunity in the second half, as Harvey Gray added the Swans sixth and final goal of the game against a spirited home side.
