We visited the JOMA High Performance Centre in Landore on Saturday, 9 August 2025, to photograph the opening Under 18 Professional Development League fixture of the season between Swansea City and Fleetwood Town.

Swansea City Under-18s made the perfect start to their Professional Development League campaign with an comprehensive victory over 10-man Fleetwood Town at the Joma High Performance Centre.
The young Swans dominated much of the first half, keeping the ball well and creating plenty of chances. The game swung firmly in their favour early in the second half when Fleetwood’s Mushi Bamba was shown a second yellow card for a late challenge.
From there, the hosts took full control. Billy Clarke struck twice, Harvey Gray added another, and an own goal rounded off a fine afternoon for the Swans in Landore.
