Orchard Welsh Premier Women’s League leaders Swansea City Ladies welcomed Cyncoed Ladies to the Llandarcy Academy of Sport on Sunday, 28 March 2021.
A Laura Davies header gave the Swans Ladies a one nil lead at half-time. However Cyncoed’s brave resistance finally succumbed in the second half, with the league leaders adding further goals through a Tija Richardson brace, a Caitlin Meadows own-goal and a goal apiece in the dying minutes from Chloe Chivers and Emma Benyon to see the home side secure an emphatic 6-0 win.
