Wales Women kicked off their quest for FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 qualification under the Parc y Scarlets floodlights on Friday, 17 September 2021 and we were there to capture the action.
Gemma Grainger’s Wales team got their World Cup qualifying campaign off to a flying start with a convincing 6-0 win over Group I opponents Kazakhstan in Llanelli, thanks to goals from Kayleigh Green (2), Natasha Harding, Rachel Rowe, Gemma Evans and Ceri Holland.
