We covered our very first Adobe Women’s FA Cup game on Sunday, 26 October 2025, when we travelled to the Charters Community Stadium in Winchester to photograph the First Round game between Winchester City Flyers and Gwalia United.

Gwalia United booked their place in the Second Round of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup with a 4–0 win away at Winchester City Flyers – a scoreline that reflected their ruthless second-half display.
Despite the hosts creating several first-half chances, it was Gwalia who went into the break ahead thanks to a superb strike from Tia Asker.
The second half began in heavy Hampshire rain but ended brightly for Stevie McCarthy-Campbell’s side, with goals from Ellie-Mai Sanford, Manon Pearce, and Eliza Collie sealing the victory.
Despite the margin, Winchester impressed with a spirited performance that belied their Tier 5 status.
