Eloise is a fun-loving six-year-old girl with a knack for finding adventure every place she looks and is probably best known as the irreverent and irrepressible fictional heroine of Kay Thompson’s classic book series.
Eloise is a self-assured child who lives in a luxurious hotel in New York, The Plaza and is looked after by her British nurse, Nanny, and has two beloved pets: a dog named Weenie and a turtle, Skipperdee.
Majestic Media were tasked with designing a new website for Eloise, whom despite being created over sixty years ago, is not a day over six and has amassed a legion of fans from around the world but particularly the USA.
We developed the website using WordPress, utilising Elegant Themes Divi Theme Framework for the design of the site.
The world’s most customizable WordPress eCommerce platform WooCommerce was used to power both the online shop and fan club membership functionality on the website.
MailChimp was also integrated into the website in order to provide an automated email marketing solution.
This enabled Eloise to keep in touch with her fans in her own unique way with endless monologues and a rawther enormous imagination!
