We visited the JOMA High Performance Centre in Landore on Saturday, 31 August 2024, to photograph the Under 18 Professional Development League fixture between Swansea City and Coventry City.
Swansea City Under-18s delivered a superb all-round performance as they overturned an early deficit to secure a commanding 4-1 victory over Coventry City at Landore.
Despite dominating the early exchanges, the young Swans found themselves behind when Conor Ambursley converted a penalty, leaving goalkeeper Sam Seager with no chance.
But Swansea quickly responded, with Aidan Higgins heading home from a pinpoint Josh Pescatore cross to level the scores before half-time.
The second half saw the Swans take complete control, with Thomas Woodward finding the net and trialist Morgan Bates adding a brace to seal a convincing win in the Landore sunshine.
