We visited the JOMA High Performance Centre in Landore on Saturday, 1 March 2025, to photograph the Under 18 Professional Development League fixture between Swansea City and Queens Park Rangers.
Swansea City Under-18s were left to rue missed opportunities as they fell to a narrow 1-0 defeat against Queens Park Rangers in the Professional Development League on Saturday afternoon.
Rico Kennedy’s fine strike in the second half proved the difference at the Joma High Performance Centre, settling a contest that Swansea had largely controlled but failed to capitalise on.
The hosts carved out a string of promising chances, with Callum Jones, Aidan Higgins, and Morgan Bates all coming close, but a lack of clinical finishing ultimately cost them.
Despite the setback, Swansea’s overall performance offered encouragement, and they will look to build on their attacking intent in the games to come.
