We visited the JOMA High Performance Centre in Landore on Wednesday, 12 March 2025, to photograph the Under 17 Professional Development League Cup Semi-Final between Swansea City and Cheltenham Town.

Swansea City Under-17s booked their place in the Professional Development League Cup final with a dramatic extra-time victory over Cheltenham Town, thanks to a hat-trick from substitute Callum Jones.
Kaven Bloniarczyk gave the Swans an early lead before goalkeeper Tom Wright saved a penalty to preserve their advantage. However, Cameron Walters headed home a late equaliser for the visitors to force extra time, after Swansea missed a penalty of their own deep into stoppage time.
Charlie Croose put Cheltenham ahead in extra time, but Jones turned the game around with two quickfire goals. The hosts had a chance to level from the spot again, only for Tom King to hit the post, before Jones sealed his hat-trick at the other end to secure Swansea’s place in the final.
